Partners Ending Homelessness (PEH) supports and facilitates a strong, collaborative network of community partners focused on solutions to end individual and family homelessness in our community with steadfast fixity of purpose.
We envision a community courageously dedicated to ending homelessness in Maryland & Nationwide, one person and family at a time, A vision attainable through living our mission of engaging critical stakeholders to bring about effective solutions through collaborations, advocacy, and resources. The Point in Time Count (PITC) is part of the national effort to eliminate street homelessness. By knowing who is on the street, where they are, and what they need, Partners Ending Homelessness and its partner agencies can more effectively target services.
